Reviews revisited – the work in progress

 In cleaning up the clutter on my computer, I found a review of Talking to Nightlights that I had saved and filed away. Suggestions on how I could better present the topic were late in coming but appreciated none the less.

There is a reason I misfiled this review. To sum up: the reviewer – without mincing words – suggested I cut some of the personal process and tidy up the writing… make it a bit leaner.

I did some mincing on those recommended specifics in this version.

So – if the book goes on in another form - I can still do that. No doubt it would improve the selling points and make the message more commercially appealing. I have yet to do that. My experiences and the people who have connected to me as a result of what I shared have given me even more avenues of conscious awakening to explore and assurance that there are others who know exactly what I have undergone as they are having similar experiences in the rocking boat.

So it was what I needed to do at the time. The book is about sharing the very first transitioning steps of a profound, life-changing spiritual metamorphosis.    

As it stands now when you read it, it might be helpful to know that I chose to include some of the personal process in my book because I knew there would be others like me who had not been exposed nor prepared for this kind of metaphysical – supernatural – paranormal event and might appreciate hearing how it can just start…for absolutely no reason… and then shake up the very core of your life foundation.

It would have been better I suppose to have cut the excess description and make a tidier story but this metaphysical, spiritual awakening stuff doesn’t happen neat and tidy. When it happens, the world shifts, reality cracks and you undergo an intense reassessment of consicous awareness … and your mental state.

You begin to reexamine superficial appearances and question all that you encounter. I could not imagine how to make sense of my story without including the process of unfoldment to demonstrate that – no matter who you are or how tight you think your handle is on the “real” world, reality is relative. You will make mistakes and muddle through a few things before you get your bearings.  

Awakening to a world where multidimensional awareness is a part of the daily routine takes a bit of getting used to. I was left with the knowing that the world is multi-layered energetic arena and a much more entertaining place if we can allow for that – even if we can’t comprehend it. We truly exist in a space – in and out of time – and when we are granted more exposure to some of the shamanic realms – wonder unfolds exponentially.

Now here’s the review - mince excised – for your dancing and dining pleasure.

[Point of fact. I have had to make peace with the term "psychic" because I had not considered myself in that light. EVER. I go so far as to claim channeling, intuitive and shamanic abilities with a mystical approach. I thought I was telling the story as a Broadcast Journalist who went AWOL and found God... Might be why the reviewer needed to offer a redirect.

I hate to admit being annoyed at being called a psychic but I thought - right out of the chute  - the label misdirected the intent and the direction of the book.]

Eventually, the Energy told the author, she would move on to a higher plane of pure energy and take on a physical form again. The spirit also transmitted positive messages about love and a touching message about the death of the author’s cat.

Positive messages about a unique experience of spiritual awakening. 

And so it is.

Reminders on Timing

“He had cooked her dinner
and it was the first time
that they had sat together and talked in years.

and the next day … she was gone.

No matter how much insight we gain – rarely do we have the luxury of knowing which moment will be final. That is why each moment is a gift and regardless of how we view it on the surface… contains a silver lining when we choose to look and accept it as such. Know your mind.

Those who intend conscious change and conscious creation cannot afford the luxury of idle thoughts.

Your life to this point is the result of what you have intended – every thought, idea, action, reaction, image, vision, impression. To change it? Reformat your hard drive and choose only those thoughts that offer the opportunity to upgrade your current level of being.

Those who show up in your life will reveal what you have kept in focus. For the best results pay attention and you will see the connection.

Illumination – One hand clapping often leads to another.

Friday was a wonderful reminder that litte surprises can be worth the wait. First, the finished copy of Guy Finley’s Letting Go a little bit at a time arrived. And – on his website is my endorsement…it made the cut…at the very, very end of the list…and right before the link to read the book.

Then – because I called myself the Author of Talking to Nightlights – I checked out the book on Amazon… and what a shock to see a review… thank you for little surprises.

If I were an Amazon Customer I could reply – Hello and Thank you for a wonderful review. The events I talk about in the book changed my life path in 1997. My nightlights and my spiritual connection with the Energy has become even stronger. It is present wherever I am. And it can also be present with you (we are one and all connected in spirit consciousness).

I have posted videos on Youtube to give you an idea of how it works for me. The camera is set on auto and it phases out due to the presence of the energy. It is more obvious in the first video (08). In the current video (09), the Energy has managed to accomodate that dynamic and not interfere in the process.

A Beloved Teacher

When you are truly ready to do your soul work, you will fall hopelessly in love and deal with every single hardship that engagement creates by becoming a better person – in such a way that not one soul is harmed, blamed or credited for anything that might happen to befall you, good, bad or indifferent.

More importantly, in learning the true nature of love, you will never fall out of love again. Love is not a state one can fall in or out of. LOVE is a STATE Of BEING. And that is the fine print.

The Energy of Light – The Nightlight

My nightlight experience is hard to explain because there is no frame of reference for it. I can only tell you so much – the rest of it is what I experience and that is beyond words. However, I opted to share a demo video that can give you a quick peek at what I experience in my environment and in working with the energy that I feel in the presence of the nightlights and other lights that I come into contact with.

We are energy. Spirit is energy. All is energy. There is a way we can connect that allows us to “see” a link. That happens to be through electricity. So, for me, it has been (since 1997) through nightlights. It looks totally innocuous and yet the action is more than what it seems. It is a way for Spirit to represent itself in manifest form.

We have a long way to go in understanding our connectivity but we are at a point in our evolution where we are seeing these kinds of anomalies as opportunities rather than flukes or frightening encounters. We are ready to start doing the math.  And I am focused on continuing to learn how we connect with All That Is – in the light.

I have posted two videos on You Tube. It is much easier to show the nightlight action than to tell it. 

One has a dark background and the other is light. The dark background demonstrates how the energy shifts in my presence because it causes the camera to shift focus even though I am doing nothing to it and the battery is fully charged. That is just a normal part of the process. I believe it is a time of day that there is a higher charge between the two of us and that creates a bit of interference. Bottom line: You can still see the light. 

 

 

Trust

When you need a defense, trust the light is always on; and it is. 

Into the Light

I put my hand under the shelf to confirm what I already knew and again addressed the disembodied head, “You don’t belong here. You need to go with them.” The head disappeared.

I then stepped outside the door onto the porch to see that the crowd had indeed moved on and to wave along any stragglers who might remain. At that point, I remember yelling in frustration, “Doesn’t anyone know how to go to the light anymore?”

Just another day in paradise. 

Guidance

Spiritual Guidance is not offered to preempt nor to exempt one from making mistakes.

Life goes on with all the ups and downs, quirks and surprises.

It means there is support to get through the process. 

Stitching Time

No matter how fast or slow it may appear – we arrive in perfect time.

I am less focused now on dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s. Might be okay to leave a few things undone. What I have seen of where we are going – there are no things left undone.

I actually find that “undone” stuff rather intriguing. It inspires me to wonder, to contemplate what might appear as the next solution, knowing full well it doesn’t have to be a resolution, and even so, there will always remain more to be done.

Mystery is the carrot. We can never have all the answers because we can’t fathom the right questions but we create our reality regardless.

That is what we do here; we create and we are done.  Where we are going we will not miss it, as it doesn’t exist in any other form nor is it in our awareness, so I intend to enjoy it while I am here. I think that is called attachment. 

Live YOUR Truth

 Wherever it comes from, that still, small voice has the power to transform your life and the lives of all those with whom you come in contact. 

 And yet, we are so afraid that voice is not worthy due to lack of volume and the fact that no one else can hear it that we permit the deafening voice of ego to dominate and dictate our life.

When we love, we lose fear and allow that even the smallest voice deserves to be heard.   

Wisdom requires neither volume nor majority.
