Believe and you will see.

I have had earlier opportunities to check out the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado and opted against it. Since I believe in and experience ghosts on a regular basis, I really didn’t want or need to engage more on my vacation.

Ghosts and spirit energies are real for me, so I try not to intentionally go where I have not been invited. This time, for whatever reason, I had an invite; my guides suggested a visit. As such, it was up to me to make it happen, not knowing exactly what to expect or why I had to see the Stanley Hotel.

It may be that, with the constant presence of my nightlight energy, I don’t question or doubt the existence of other awarenesses and life forms. Ghosts are a lot like people. They each have a certain role they are playing or duty they have agreed perform.

Some appreciate a bit of interest and polite acknowledgement but for the most part, they don’t want to hang out to shoot the breeze…or jump through a circus of hoops to prove they exist. They exist without proof or any obligation to provide such.

When and if a ghost needs my help, they find me and that works perfectly well for me. Why the Stanley and why this time? Turns out it was the presence of a new (very much alive and breathing) tour guide who had just enough time and experience on the job to corroborate all of my impressions - impressions that started bubbling in full force from the minute we drove onto the property.

My guides told me - “We have a surprise for you.” Ever the jovial companions, I have learned any reluctance or trepidation on my part only serves to amuse them even more, so I just go and see what they’ve arranged to help with my ongoing lessons in enlightenment.

I obliged them with a trip to the Stanley Hotel to meet a spirit they referred to as “The Singing Ghost.” The music began the minute I entered the grounds (The guides were laughing and kept asking, “Can you hear us singing.”). I walked - without knowing - directly to the music room, paused to admire the piano in the lobby area outside and felt drawn to the souvenir shop where I found someone I could question, who answered a lot of my questions and then directed me to (as it turns out) the person I was actually sent there to see. When I told that person I had a tremendous connection with someone who was incredibly musical and I heard and felt as if the ghost was humming, we were off. Our story is still unfolding.
For me, even though I have been doing this kind of thing overtly for over a decade, it is still embarrassing to ask the kind of questions I have to ask to corroborate my ghost impressions - but I can’t get any information if I don’t - so I just allow that I will find the right person and provide amusement for those who don’t get it.

On this trip - I found the ghost, the right person, and a reason to go back. Once again, my guides managed to make the road to “enlightenment” fun.

Oh, and for an added incentive to do my homework, I woke up with a huge knot in my back the day of the trip. It made absolutely no sense. (However, I did suspect a connection.) The guides referred to it as the “monkey on your back.” As soon as I made my engagement at the Stanley, the monkey went away.
The purpose of the trip:
My guides sent me to a place where I had no prior knowledge or sense of familiarity to connect my dots and remember what I “know” is always with me; I had to affirm me in yet another way. No matter how amazing and wonderful my encounters and abilities, I am still exploring, discovering and accepting who I am and what I do.

Never a dull moment in this world of light.

I also took my nightlight on this trip. More on that later…

 It is one of the worst feelings when challenged - to sink to a place where there is no light and no way of knowing which way is up. 

Follow the bubbles and you will find your way out. It starts with just a little smile and then the energy shifts. The smile becomes a chuckle and the chuckle gives way to an outburst. Joy is the light in the dark.

Animals have a way of sensing a need for that energy shift and then stepping in to offer an assist without being told. Watching the dog chase and catch her tail, and take pure delight in the feat for the umpteenth time, is a reminder that life’s light beckons.

She looks to see if I am watching. I nod and smile, giving her my warm approval. I feel an inexplicable sense of relief and release. Something inside is now glowing.

The bubbles are all around us, we have but to rise to the occasion to claim them.  

My nightlight experience is hard to explain because there is no frame of reference for it. I can only tell you so much - the rest of it is what I experience and that is beyond words. However, I opted to share a demo video that can give you a quick peek at what I experience in my environment and in working with the energy that I feel in the presence of the nightlights and other lights that I come into contact with.

We are energy. Spirit is energy. All is energy. There is a way we can connect that allows us to “see” a link. That happens to be through electricity. So, for me, it has been (since 1997) through nightlights. It looks totally innocuous and yet the action is more than what it seems. It is a way for Spirit to represent itself in manifest form.

We have a long way to go in understanding our connectivity but we are at a point in our evolution where we are seeing these kinds of anomalies as opportunities rather than flukes or frightening encounters. We are ready to start doing the math.  And I am focused on continuing to learn how we connect with All That Is - in the light.

I have posted two videos on You Tube. It is much easier to show the nightlight action than to tell it. 

One has a dark background and the other is light. The dark background demonstrates how the energy shifts in my presence because it causes the camera to shift focus even though I am doing nothing to it and the battery is fully charged. That is just a normal part of the process. I believe it is a time of day that there is a higher charge between the two of us and that creates a bit of interference. Bottom line: You can still see the light.

When you need a defense, trust the light is always on; and it is. 

I put my hand under the shelf to confirm what I already knew and again addressed the disembodied head, “You don’t belong here. You need to go with them.” The head disappeared.

I then stepped outside the door onto the porch to see that the crowd had indeed moved on and to wave along any stragglers who might remain. At that point, I remember yelling in frustration, “Doesn’t anyone know how to go to the light anymore?”

Just another day in paradise. 

Frustrated about an obstacle I thought would create a few nasty problems I would have to work hard to overcome, I asked for a Miracle.

Along with that came the gentle chiding that I should ask for Miracles more often. Soon after, I had an amazing epiphany…and a change of attitude.

Apparently, the miracle for me is to remain open to changing my mind…

Yes, I am surrounded in Good Humor.

Spiritual Guidance is not offered to preempt nor to exempt one from making mistakes.

Life goes on with all the ups and downs, quirks and surprises.

It means there is support to get through the process.
